Where the money goes

Three parts, one system that sticks.

Most of the work is front-loaded, so the year isn't a slow drip — it's a fast build, then a steady hand keeping it sharp.

1

Pre-Onboarding Blueprint

Before we ever set foot on-site, we get inside how you estimate, sell, and run the office — then design and pre-build the system so day one is a head start, not a blank page.

2

Install Day — one day, on-site

A full day in your office. We deploy the core workflows across estimating, sales, and operations, wire up the tools, and train your team live. You end the day with a working system, not homework.

3

12-Month Maintenance & Optimization

We don't disappear after install. For a year we keep the system updated, roll out new workflows, run monthly reviews, and coach your team until the new way is just the way you work.

No software lock-in

You own your tools and your data. We're paid to make the system get used and pay for itself — not to trap you in a subscription you'll never open.

Is it worth it? Do the builder math.

If slow estimates cost you one job a quarter, that's not a $44,500 problem — it's a margin problem that dwarfs it. If your team is losing ten hours a week to admin and data entry, you're already paying for this system in payroll — you're just not getting the system.

This isn't a monthly software fee you'll forget you're paying. It's a one-year investment to fix the estimating bottleneck, tighten your proposals, and get your people out of busywork — priced against hours saved and margin protected, not features installed.

No pitch on the call. We'll look at where time and margin are leaking in your shop, put a real number on it, and tell you straight whether we can help. If it's not a fit, we'll say so.

Straight answers on price.

Why show pricing at all — isn't this a "call us" kind of service?

Most firms hide the number so they can size you up first. We'd rather you walk into the call already knowing the investment, so we can spend the 30 minutes on your business instead of a reveal. Final scope is confirmed together — but there are no surprises on cost.

How do payments work?

The Blueprint and Install Day are invoiced upfront; the maintenance retainer is billed monthly across the twelve months. For larger engagements we can structure the upfront portion over the first couple of months to ease cash flow.

What's the difference between the tiers?

Same core program. Founding is a limited, rate-locked deal for the first two builders in exchange for a case study. Standard fits most residential builders. Premium is for larger, multi-location shops that need more hands each month and faster turnaround.

Is the retainer just "maintenance," or do you keep building?

Both. The heavy build happens up front in the Blueprint and Install Day. Across the year we keep the system current, roll out new workflows as you're ready, run monthly optimization reviews, and stay on call for your team.

What happens after the twelve months?

By then the system is running and your team owns it. Most builders keep a lighter ongoing retainer for updates and new workflows, but you're never locked in — the goal was always to make it stick without us.

Two founding spots. Then it's standard terms.

We only take on a handful of builders at a time so we can go deep and get you results worth talking about. If the number makes sense and the timing's right, let's spend 30 minutes on your business.
